I agree to the following terms

The applicant(s) agree to pay in advance one month's rent as a full deposit to reserve the above named property. In the event that the rental application is rejected by the owner for any reason, the full deposit will be refunded, and neither party shall have obtained any legal rights or obligations hereby. Thereupon, both parties shall be released from any further obligations or responsibilities each to the other here under. In addition, it is understood that a nonrefundable application fee of $50.00 is required.

Application Fee $50 

A 3.5% fee will automatically be added to your payment amount to cover the cost of credit card processing.
